Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Some days you can be on top of the word, others you feel left behind. One moment everything seems clear and certain, then murky and disorienting.
In individual therapy, we work together to identify and understand your goals for therapy. We will create a plan that is unique to you, your needs and your experiences. Individual therapy can be building resiliency skills, working through difficult situations or addressing experiences from the past. You will feel heard, understood and free of judgement as we explore your lived experience and work to achieve your goals.
Since therapy doesn’t happen in a bubble, we will be flexible and adaptable as we travel your journey of healing
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy refers to any type of therapy where two or more individuals are in session together. It isn’t limited to romantic or intimate partners. Working with multiple individuals in a session presents its own unique challenges and approach. I strive to maintain a balanced connection with each participant, so each person in session feels they are heard, understood and has an equal voice.
Addiction/Problematic Use
While substance use is usually the first that jumps to mind, addiction can be anything that you feel is starting to, or already has, significantly impact your quality of life. Unfortunately, the term addiction carries a great deal of negative stigma with it, which too often prevents reaching out for help. Together, we will look at the behavior or substance you want help with, your goals and develop a plan to improve your quality of life. You will be met with the same level of non-judgement and patience that is the foundation of my approach.
