Fees and Insurance
I know questions about cost and insurance can feel uncomfortable to navigate. I want to be clear and upfront about fees so you can make the best decision for yourself.

Insurance
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly.
However, many clients are able to get partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
Keep in mind that reimbursement varies by plan and isn’t something I can guarantee—it’s determined by your insurance provider.”
Questions you might ask your insurance provider:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What percentage is reimbursed?
- Is there a deductible I must meet?
- Is preauthorization required?
- How many sessions are covered per year?
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
This policy helps ensure consistent availability for all clients and supports the therapeutic process.
